nah sekarang saya mau nge share tentang masalah ini gan..

didownload tuh filenya,, gak gede kok..., tenang aja
terus extract rar nya, filenya copy (replace) ke Folder sources yang ada di urutan ke 3 dari atas (kalo ga salah)
terus coba intall lagi
hasilnya taraa  windows 8.1 kamu siap diinstall.
masih belum bisa ? --> delete ei.cfg nya, install. siapin dulu keynya
